The Catholic Daughters of America, organized in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus, is the largest organization of Catholic women in the Americas.  Under the patronage of the Blessed Mother, the members strive to embrace the principles of faith working through love in the promotion of justice, equality and the advancement of human rights and human dignity for all mankind.

The purpose of the organization is to participate in the religious, charitable and educational apostolate of the Church.  The Catholic Daughters of America engage in creative and spiritual programs which provide its members with the opportunity to develop their special God-given talents in a meaningful way, to positively influence the welfare of the Church and all peoples throughout the world.

Meetings at St. Hyacinth are held at 7:00 p.m. in Guyot Hall on the third Monday of each month, with the exception of July and August.
