On the 13th of every month the Rosary is recited in honor of Our Lady of Fatima, "Our Lady of the Rosary," who appeared near Fatima, Portugal to three shepherd children between May 13 and October 13, 1917.

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is a powerful prayer taken from the diaries of St. Faustina Kowalska, written at the express command of Our Lord Jesus Christ, as revealed in a vision.  The purpose of the devotion is to remind us of the known-yet-forgotten truth of the merciful love of God towards man.
